Composition : 100% Chardonnay (White Grape) of which 30% in oak barrels.

Delicate fine bubbles.

Clear light yellow colour.

Expressive nose marrying fruits white, floral tones.

In the mouth a very acidic tonic style, but also has a nice breadth.

A dashing champagne with precise aromas, for a refined aperitif or fish.
