100% Chardonnay. Floral elegance supported by brioche and vanilla notes thanks to partial barrel aging (30%). Ideal with fish or scallops. - 2 x Vintage Blanc de Noirs:
100% Pinot Noir (Old Vines). No chaptalization. A powerful, tonic, and ample wine, with aromas of black fruits and citrus. Perfect for meats. - 2 x Vintage Grande Réserve:
50% Pinot / 50% Chardonnay. The double selection of our best juices. A Champagne of fullness, with roasted and mineral notes.
